One of the most popular toys, Mattel’s Hot Wheels, turns 50 this year. Introduced on January 4, 1968, the toy cars were originally marketed to kids, but adults continue to collect them as well.
One of the new things I’ve added to my creative toolbox, in 2018, is photography. I received a quality camera (an early Christmas present I actually got in October) and found a renewed interest in capturing life on film. This is my attempt to diversify and innovate–which is vital to any kind of success in our digital world.

I’m still in the process of re-furbishing certain aspects of my life–including my social media presence.
I’m trying to leave the problems of 2017 behind me and adopting a more optimistic viewpoint. With all that’s happening in the world, it won’t be easy to remain positive. But, I need to avoid the stress that comes with worrying about everything–especially the things I have no control over.
2018–We Meet At Last. Let’s try to get along.
In 12 days, we enter the year of 2018. Hopefully, it will prove to be far less divisive, discouraging, and dangerous.
As for me, I’m closing out the year by listening to The Twilight Zone Radio Dramas.
